Coaster
A round coaster 100 mm across and 4 mm thick with a rounded edge, a thin raised ring along the rim and a text bent along an arc.
What it is good for
- Gifts with a name or a date
- Coasters for a café or an event
- A base for a plant pot
How to make it
- Open the template and write your text.
- Change how strongly it bends (the arc radius) or make it straight.
- Add an icon from the icon search, or your own SVG.
- Download for your printer.
Printing it
- The ring and the text in another color print with one filament change at the height where they start.
- PETG takes hot mugs better than PLA.
Questions and answers
Can it be square?
Yes – delete the circle and the ring and put a rectangle with rounded corners in their place.
Will it slide on the table?
Stick four small felt or rubber dots under it.
